Important Safety Information
Prescription required. A licensed clinician reviews your assessment and prescribes only if appropriate. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee treatment.
Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. GetLifePerfect does not manufacture medications.
Who should not take semaglutide or tirzepatide: anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), a prior serious allergic reaction to the medication, or who is pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Other conditions require a clinician’s judgment.
Side effects are mostly gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain). Serious risks include possible thyroid C-cell tumors, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar when used with insulin or sulfonylureas, and kidney problems. In an emergency, call 911.
