Website Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the public-facing website operated by Get Life Perfect, Inc. (“GLP,” “we,” “us”) that links to this policy.
It does not apply to protected health information, or to any information collected while you are a patient of, or seeking treatment from, the clinicians who provide your care. That information is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices of the licensed practices that treat you — for care delivered by clinicians affiliated with OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, that is OpenLoop Health’s Notice of Privacy Practices. See also our guide to your health information rights.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, your choice is not to use it.
Information we collect and how we collect it
We collect several types of information about users of the website:
- Personal information — information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.
- Health information you volunteer — responses you submit in an assessment or share with your care team, processed to connect you with appropriate clinical services. Once you are a patient, this information is handled under the Notices of Privacy Practices referenced above.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical and usage information — information that does not by itself identify you, such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, and how you navigate the site.
We collect this information:
- Directly from you, when you fill in a form, contact us, or place an order.
- Automatically as you navigate the site.
- From service providers who support our business, such as our payment processor.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We take a deliberately narrow approach here. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site — for example, keeping you signed in and enabling secure checkout.
- Analytics are cookieless. We use privacy-first, aggregate analytics that do not set advertising cookies, do not build a profile of you, and do not follow you across other websites.
- No advertising pixels on health-context pages. We do not place third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on pages concerned with treatment, assessments, or conditions.
- No health information in tracking. We do not include health conditions, treatments, or assessment responses in analytics events or page addresses.
- No interest-based advertising. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when they are sent. If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not function. We also honor recognized browser-level opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable law requires it.
How we use your information
- To present the website and provide the products and services you request.
- To connect you with licensed clinicians and pharmacies for your care.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send notices about your account or subscription, including renewal, expiration, and transactional messages.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights under any contract between you and us, including billing and collection.
- To notify you about changes to the website, our services, or our policies.
- To detect, prevent, and address security incidents and fraud.
- For any other purpose you consent to at the time you provide the information.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your account and care. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We will not share your mobile opt-in or consent status with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the vendors that help us deliver those messages, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications providers, and only for that purpose.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information without restriction. We may disclose personal information:
- Clinical partners — the licensed clinicians and pharmacies who provide your care, under appropriate agreements.
- Service providers — vendors supporting hosting, payments, analytics, and communications, bound by confidentiality and, where applicable, business associate agreements.
- Business transfers — to a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, including in bankruptcy or a similar proceeding.
- Legal process — to comply with a court order, law, or legal process, including responding to a government or regulatory request.
- Enforcement and safety — to enforce our agreements, including for billing and collection, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GLP, our patients, or others, including for fraud prevention.
- With your consent, or to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it.
Your choices
- Promotional email — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any promotional message, or by emailing us. This does not apply to transactional messages about your account, orders, or care.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
- Cookies — manage them through your browser settings, as described above.
Accessing and correcting your information
Email us at care@getlifeperfect.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. We may be unable to accommodate a request if the change would violate a legal requirement or cause the information to be inaccurate, and some information must be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Requests concerning your medical record are handled under the Notices of Privacy Practices referenced above.
Your state privacy rights
State consumer privacy laws may give residents additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their residents with rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information.
- Access and delete certain personal information.
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account its nature and the purpose of processing (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Data portability.
- Opt out of processing of personal data for targeted advertising (excluding Iowa), sales, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Either limit, or require consent for, the processing of sensitive personal data.
The exact scope of these rights varies by state. To exercise any of them, or to appeal a decision on a request, email care@getlifeperfect.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Data security and retention
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
The security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and while we work to protect your personal information we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to the website; any transmission is at your own risk.
Children
The website is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

It is our policy to post any changes on this page, with the revision date at the top. If we make material changes to how we treat personal information, we will provide notice on the site. Please check periodically for updates.
