Where to send your question
Some questions are answered fastest by your care team, some by us, and some are already answered on the site. Here is where each one goes.
- Your treatment, a side effect or your dose
- Message your care team from your account. A licensed clinician reads it, and they can adjust your plan — which email support cannot. For a medical emergency, call 911.
- Whether GLP is right for you
- Take the free assessment. A licensed clinician reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and tells you whether treatment is appropriate — or why it is not. How it works
- Prices and what a program includes
- Each program has one price per 4 weeks, shown on its page and confirmed before you pay. There is no insurance billing and no contract. Program pricing
- Billing, cancelling or a refund
- Email us. Cancellations need to reach us at least 72 hours before your next billing date; the refund policy sets out exactly what can and cannot be refunded. Cancellation and refund policy
- Your order or delivery
