Who actually treats you
Care is provided by independent, U.S.-licensed clinicians — physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants — working through established medical practices. Here is exactly who they are and how to check them.
The practices
GLP is a technology platform, not a medical practice. Your clinician works for one of the professional corporations below, contracted through OpenLoop Health. Which one treats you depends on the state you are in at the time of your visit. They — not us — hold your medical record.

How clinicians are vetted
Licensed in your state
Every clinician who reviews your case holds an active licence in the state you are located in at the time of your visit. That is what determines which treatments are available to you.
Credentialed before they see patients
Licences, education, training, and malpractice history are verified through primary-source credentialing before any clinician joins the network, and re-verified on an ongoing basis.
Clinical decisions are theirs alone
GLP does not practise medicine and cannot overrule a clinician. Whether treatment is appropriate — and whether to prescribe at all — is decided by your provider.
Independent of the pharmacy
The clinicians who prescribe are not employed by, and are not paid by, the pharmacies that dispense. Prescriptions are written on clinical grounds, not commercial ones.
Check any of this yourself
You are entitled to know who is treating you and to verify their licence independently. Every U.S. state publishes a searchable licence register, and you can look up any clinician by name.
- Ask for your clinician's details. Once you are matched, their name and credentials appear in your account and on every message they send you.
- Look up the licence.Search your state medical, nursing, or physician assistant board’s public register.
- Request it in writing. Email care@getlifeperfect.com and we will confirm the treating practice and your clinician’s licensure.
