Who provides my care?

Independent, U.S.-licensed clinicians — physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants — review every case and make all clinical decisions. They work through established medical practices contracted via OpenLoop Health; GLP is the technology platform that connects you to them. Will I have to talk to a clinician on video?

Often no — many patients are approved through the secure questionnaire. If a short telehealth visit would help, you can book one that fits your schedule.

Which pharmacies fill my prescription?

Prescriptions are dispensed by independent, licensed U.S. pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, Triad Rx. Which one fills your order depends on your treatment and your state. Full contact details for each are listed in our Terms of Service.

Message your care team any time. They can offer guidance and, when appropriate, adjust your plan. For emergencies, always call 911.

How much does it cost?

Membership starts at a simple monthly price that covers your clinical care and support. If medication is prescribed, its cost is shown transparently before you pay.

Membership covers clinical care and ongoing support. Medication, when prescribed, is billed separately and always disclosed up front.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees. We ask that cancellation requests reach us at least 72 hours before your next billing date; if they arrive later, that cycle is still charged and the cancellation takes effect on the next one.
