Microdosing
How much does GLP-1 microdosing cost?

What drives the price of a lower-dose GLP-1 program, what a cash-pay price should include, and the questions to ask so you are not surprised by the second bill.
A lower-dose GLP-1 program usually costs less than a standard one, for the straightforward reason that less medication is dispensed. The number that matters, though, is not the headline price — it is the total you will pay across a year, and whether anything is going to appear on top of it.
What drives the price of a microdose program?
- The amount of medication dispensed, which is the main lever and the reason a microdose program is cheaper.
- The molecule. Semaglutide and tirzepatide preparations are not priced the same.
- The form. An injection and an oral preparation have different costs.
- What the service bundles in: clinician review, check-ins, messaging, shipping.
- Whether there is a separate membership fee, a consultation fee, or a shipping charge — the three places a quoted price most often stops being the real one.
How does GLP price its microdosing program?
One price per program per 4 weeks, shown on the program page and confirmed before you pay. The microdosing program is GLP's lowest-priced program; the weight-management program is priced per product. There is no insurance claim, no separate membership tier, and no contract: you can cancel with 72 hours' notice before your next billing date. Exactly what the price does and does not cover, including the medication, is shown before you pay.
What should a cash-pay price include?
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is this per month or per 4 weeks? | Thirteen 4-week cycles a year is not twelve monthly payments. It changes the annual total. |
| Is the medication included? | Some services quote a membership and bill medication separately. |
| Is the clinician review included? | A separate consultation fee is common and often disclosed late. |
| Is shipping included? | Tracked, discreet shipping is sometimes an add-on. |
| What happens if the dose changes? | A dose increase can move you to a different price tier. |
| What is the cancellation notice? | Notice periods decide whether you are charged for one more cycle. |
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Often yes, for a prescribed medication and for telehealth visits, and GLP accepts FSA and HSA cards. Whether a particular expense is eligible depends on your plan and on current tax rules, so check with your plan administrator rather than taking a website's word for it.
Is a lower dose a good way to spend less?
It is a legitimate thing to raise, and a poor reason to choose a dose on its own. A dose below the studied schedule has a less predictable effect, so the cheaper option is only cheaper if it does what you need. Say that cost matters to you — a clinician can factor it in alongside everything else, and that is a better conversation than quietly picking the smallest number.
